Again, thanks from the heart for all the great care and service you put forth;  from the batteries for my Walkman to the hot tea and chocolate cake, your accessability and humility, the assemblage of a great staff of gals ... and everything in between.

When you greeted me on the first of my two day "adventure" you told me that we're gonna' have "fun" and I remembered wondering (forgive me) if you were "all there".  However, despite being injected, cut, and poked frequently -- in some bizarre way -- I concede to you that your gentle and upbeat spirit, along with that of your office,  indeed went such a long way in making my time there something that I could actually say was fun.  I know you hear it all the time so just include me on that long list of satisfied patients.  God bless, and many happy returns on your birthday! (And my grafts.)

Sincerely,

I had a transplant with Dr. Limmer on Dec. ** 2005.  I would just like to say that I am very pleased with what I am seeing at 4 months post op.  No one can even tell that I had a transplant.  The grafts are starting to come out, and my hair line looks fantastic!!!!!!!! If you remember, I had a 1st transplant here in El Paso with Dr. *******.  He used mini and micro grafts.  There is no way to compare his work with Dr. Limmer's.  You guys are truly amazing.  I have recommended Dr. Limmer to 3 other gentlemen, who are very serious about having a transplant(I am sure they will be calling you when they see me at month 8 or 10).  I plan on doing another procedure sometime this year, just gotta save some $$. Talk to you soon, and I will send some pic's.

Jessica, I just wanted to say thanks to Dr. Brad Limmer, you, Diane and Darla. I had a very pleasant day and it was great seeing all of you ladies again. I hope you and the whole staff have a great summer and I will drop by just to say hello when I'm in the neighborhood. Tell Dr. Bobby Limmer and Carol I said hello and have a great summer. Thanks again. Rudy

To: Dr. Bobby Limmer, Valerie, Anna, and all the Staff

I had my second procedure on May 5th.  There were absolutely no problems.  I’m all healed now, and I can barely feel the scar at the donor site.  I just wanted to let all of you know that I admire your work and I am convinced that you are the best there is at what you do.  If I can ever be of service to a potential customer, feel free to give them my phone number.

I just had to drop a note and express my gratitude for a job well done.  I had 1,500 grafts done a little over 7 months ago.  I know it will take 10 to 12 months for the final results to become apparent, however I am already noticing major differences.  I have had people ask me if I am combing my hair differently or if I have changed the color etc???  The bottom line is that I have received numerous compliments over the past month.  Wow, compliments about MY HAIR – I honestly thought that would never be possible again.  In any event I love how I look and it has really been exciting to notice MORE HAIR GROWING IN when I look at the mirror in the morning as opposed to seeing less and less hair.  The procedure went smoothly, I was never in much pain during or after the surgery.  In fact, I took 2 tylenol the night of the procedure and 2 tylenol the following day and that was it.  Finally, I would like to point out that I had been really worried about “losing the gains” that I had made at the gym over the past 3 years.  I am happy to point out that I was back at the gym within a week and felt as good as ever.

Thanks Again To You All

Jessica,

Please pass this along to Dr. Limmer, Christina, Kristin and the other staff.

I just wanted to thank all of you for the hand that you hand in my procedure on Friday.  Quite frankly it didn't feel much like her procedure at all.  Actually, it felt like a visit with old friends.  You guys made everything so comfortable and you mix that with pride and professionalism in what you do.  I feel confident that the results will be outstanding and I will keep you posted.

The healing process is going nicely over the weekend.  I expect to shampoo my hair tomorrow and I will be back to 100%.

Jessica, you play an extremely important role in the logistics and client expectations areas before the procedure.  Everything went as smoothly as possible which made the trip that much more bearable.

Christina, thank you so much for your time and efforts on Friday.  You make a patient not feel like a patient if you know what I mean.  I'm sure you hear that all the time.  I am going to pour through some of my gardening catalogs this week and I will send you a package shortly.  Thank you as well for the tips that you gave us, especially the gardening ones, I can't wait to implement some of your ideas into our landscape.

Dr. Limmer, keep up the good work you have a great staff, lovely wife, and they practice that you should be proud of.  ***** and I really enjoyed meeting everyone, getting to know everyone and making new friends.  Believe it or not it was actually a pretty fun day.  I will send some pictures shortly as things progress for my file to be updated.

Sincerely,

Dear Jessica,
Please pass this on to the Drs. Limmer and your staff..

I received hair transplants earlier today and I have a few things that I feel that I must say.

I have been to many medical facilities in my life due to numerous accidents with power tools, bulls, and various objects (including me) falling from roofs. I must say that I have never encountered such an outstanding group of professionals in my life.

From day one, Jessica always responded to my calls and email in a prompt, courteous, professional, and most importantly, FUNNY way. With that collection of attitudes, it made me feel right at home, even over email.

Then, Dr. Brad personally called me back and gave me a more in-depth consultation over the phone after only seeing a picture then I received from all of the hair transplant Jack-in-the-box offices in the town of Austin. I knew right away, after 2 emails to Jessica and one call from Dr. Brad, that I have found my surgeon.

I was called back into the room ON TIME this morning, which in itself is a huge deal. Zhuling then started numbing my noggin in preparation for the harvesting. She was kind, caring, and generally concerned about my level of comfort.

Anna actually did the planting, and Kathy, Frances, and Christina proceeded to chop up the noggin strip that Dr. Brad removed. I have to say, that although the procedure was not the most comfortable in the world (I HATE NEEDLES!!), I was too busy laughing to worry about the pain. The girls kept me in stitches, in more ways that one!! We told jokes, laughed at silly stuff, and even had a really deep conversation. We talked about stuff that I haven't even told my good friends. That’s how comfortable I was around these four wonderful ladies.

Anna did a SUPERB job of transplanting, and was more than willing to let me get up and walk around as needed, although it caused her to stay well after 7:00pm.

After everyone left, Dr. Brad took an extra 15 minutes to go over Anna's work (which he found to be superb as well, by the way) and answered any and all questions that I had.

Since I did not get a chance to sign your comment sheet in the waiting room, I just wanted to drop you guys an email to let you know that you have a customer, as well as an advertiser and salesman for your clinic, for life. Please feel free to refer anyone with inquiries about your clinic to me. I will happily relay the message that I have sent you. As long as all of the transplants don't fall out, you guys have made my life 100% better, even before my hair has started growing in.

Thanks again and GOD BLESS!!!

From the moment I walked in yesterday, I began to meet very nice, dedicated, and extremely competent people. They all  made me feel right at home immediately and to make a long story short my hairlimmer experience was a very good one. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the whole organization. Gosh, I was so smart to make such a good decision.......ha!
I have no bleeding and very very little discomfort this morning. I apologize for being a dummy and forgetting my post op package and thank you so very much for sending
it so that I would have it first thing in the morning.  you guys are the greatest.............
thanks!
